Since 1966, it has been Serv-a-Dock’s priority to give our existing customers exceptional quality in installation and removal services. Serv-a-Dock communicates with each and every customer, multiple times during the year, to keep them abreast as to any lake issues that may affect their interest. Serv-a-Dock has more than 200 customers ongoing annually for dock installation and removal. Because each dock site differs, it is our practice to have the same installers every year so our crews have the knowledge of each job site and the different characteristics that relate to each job. When a boat is moored, we ensure there is adequate water depth for the upcoming summer season. Regarding the hardness of the ground surface, determine whether there is a need to add base plates, as well as whether there is a specific location on the shore and a specific direction for the dock.
