The ¾” Bent Bar Corner Bracket consists of a 2” pipe and a 3/4" square solid bent bar and has 2 pre-greased set screws. The first pre-greased set screw is for locking the 1-1/2" pipe framework to the main walkway. The second pre-greased set screw is 1/2" x 1-3/4" long. It is inserted into the threaded hole in the square bent bar to attach the corner bracket to the 2” dock pipe bracket sleeve. If the bent bar corner bracket is used on the 1-1/2" framework pipe, a longer set screw is recommended. The bent bar corner bracket has a minimum of one bent arm corner bracket used, with every right angle (90-degree) turn. It weighs 2.5 pounds.
The solid sleeve corner bracket consists of a 2-inch pipe and has two pre-greased set screws 1/2" x 1" in dimension used for locking the 1-1/2" pipe framework from the main walkway to the L segment (platform, sundeck or super sundeck) at 90 degrees. The solid sleeve corner bracket is designed to be used as the middle corner bracket under the 5-foot wide platform, one of the corner brackets under the 10-foot wide super sundeck, one of the corner brackets employed to be attached to the walkway, or one found parallel to shore walkway for a slip addition to the left or right of the main walkway. It weighs three pounds.
The post hole solid sleeve corner bracket consists of a 2-inch pipe and has three pre-greased set screws 1/2" x 1" in dimension used for locking the 1-1/2" pipe framework from the main walkway to the L segment at 90 degrees, along with a third sleeve for the vertical post situated in the corner for one end of a bench bracket to slide over. Its second use is for a corner post of the boathouse to connect with. It is designed to be used as the inside corner bracket for the 5-foot wide platform and the 10-foot wide super sundeck, or the inside corner bracket can be used on the crossover walkway (parallel to shore) for additional finger to complete slip. The fourth corner bracket remains used for tying up the boat mooring line. One of a set of four mooring lines to the post hole vertical pipe will allow the boat to stay clear from contact with the dock when tied properly. The post hole corner bracket weighs 4 pounds.
